Shipping

Most orders of in-stock pieces will ship will ship within 3 business days for overnight delivery. If the shipping time extends beyond that, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. Adam Foster Fine Jewelry offers complimentary shipping within the continental United States for online orders. International orders and shipments elsewhere in the United States will incur a fee for shipping, insurance, and any taxes or duties. We generally use FedEx overnight for shipping, but we reserve the right to use other shipping services. For special shipping requests please contact us directly.

Returns & Exchanges

All standard orders of in-stock merchandise are returnable with 10 days of delivery. We do not accept returns of any custom merchandise or international orders. Special orders and pieces that Adam Foster Fine Jewelry has sized, altered or engraved cannot be exchanged. 

For domestic purchases, you may exchange an order within 60 days of receipt for store credit, provided the jewelry is returned in new and unused condition. Please include any original packaging. Credit can be used towards items on our website or in our St. Louis-based showroom. Retail partners cannot honor merchandise credits. 

All exchanges will be reviewed and may be sent back to the customer if these requirements aren’t met. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to notify us of the return and send us the tracking information. We also recommend keeping your receipt as proof of the return shipment.
